GLO vs AU-A Team News:
Australia A has been magnificent so far as they have won both their matches in a dominating manner.
Australia A might bring in James Pattinson in the eleven at the expense of Michael Nesser.
Andrew Tye was benched in the first match but was taken into consideration for the second game where he scalped 6 wickets. He is likely to keep his place in the eleven after a heroic effort.
Gloucestershire is yet to announce their squad.

Best Choice Captain and Vice-Captain:

Matthew Wade and Peter Handscomb would be first default choices. Benny Howell is a superb all-rounder. Power pick will be Howell.
Matthew Wade in form having scored 272 runs in only 138 balls in this series.
Batsmen for GLO vs AU-A:
Whilst D’Arcy Short has failed to live up to expectations in the opening two encounters, he alongside Wade was two of the most delectable bats to watch in the recently concluded Australian domestic season. With over 600 runs, he’s an emphatic bat, one who is more often than not set to come up with the goods and we envision his adamant affinity for runs seeing him amassing a bagful of runs.
From the home side we have opted for captain Jack Taylor and Ian Cockbain to come in and hold the fort for us with us seeing the two matching Australia blow for blow in this facet.
All-Rounders for GLO vs AU-A Dream 11:
No questioning Travis Head and Mitchell Marsh’s inclusion here. With both looking for a place in Australia’s Ashes squad for the August, these series have quintessential importance for this duo and we see them both embedding a stellar show.
Bowling for GLO vs AU-A :
With James Pattinson unlikely to play this one as Australia look to save him for the final one day of the series along with the ensuing test matches, we are going in with Josh Hazlewood who is all but assured of a spot here. Returning after a long off owing to a severe back injury, Australia A and the bowler himself have said that the pacer will be played for two matches on the bounce in a bid to test his fitness.
“I’ll definitely play on Sunday and see how I pull up. It’s obviously a pretty quick turnaround for Tuesday but all going well, should play both. The plan is to try and play both,” Hazlewood told cricket.com.au.
With the vice-captain back in the team, Australia will be looking to rest Sean Abbot, someone who has played two matches and get back Andrew Tye in the line-up who returns to our team as well.
From Gloucestershire, we have opted for one of their most experienced white ball cricketers in the form of Tom Smith. He’s some who was pivotal in seeing the side win three of their four group stage matches in the Royal London Cup and if the home side are to make things tricky for Australia A, Smith needs to be at the pinnacle of his game. We are also getting in Chris Liddle after his strong showing against Glamorgan recently.
This promises to be the first stern test Australia A encounter in their sojourn and on a surface that has yielded some high scoring matches in the Championship Second Division, one that saw them go on an unbeaten 11 match winning streak which was only recently curtailed after a batting collapse saw them lose to Glamorgan.
In this match where the runs will come at will, we see the slightly more experienced and well versed Australian batting line-up adding the extra runs that should see them win this. They know what it takes to win on the big stage, a side that has taken massive strides recently and they should record their third consecutive win today.
